I'm very glad I came to Kent, I really like the location of the campus and my course has been excellent so far in terms of support and quality of lecturers. There's plenty to do on campus and around Kent whether its through societies or with friends

It's always interesting to hear how the subject relates to current research undertaken by lecturers at the university. All my my lecturers have been very approachable and are prompt when replying to your queries by email. The school of biosciences is also very receptive to criticism and has often quickly resolved any issues raised by the student committee

The Employability service on campus is great for finding opportunities and giving advice on possible employment routes. workshops/lectures on how to improve your chances of employment are also available which helped me prepare for finding work.

I've never stayed in halls, but from what i've seen there's a good variety of catered and self catered accommodation that suit a range of budgets. Rent in Canterbury is quite expensive which is why i chose to live further away as the prices were significantly cheaper.
