I have learning difficulties, and the university have been great. They arranged for me to get an assessment when I first joined in 1st year, and from that I have received support in the form of a mentor, provisions for assessments and exams, and thankfully my department (Art History) have been very understanding, supportive and have helped me without question. The only issue with this is that from what I understand from other students is that this is not consistent across the whole university (i.e. in other departments).

I love my course, the lecturers are fantastic, enthusiastic and open to feedback. They have actively considered and at times implemented changes based on student feedback, which makes you feel heard as a student, and shows that they care about the student experience.
