It’s a very serene environment with beautiful structures to feed the eyes when taking a break from reading. However, it’s a cold city so adequate protective wears are necessary against the cold. The Sir Duncan library is a beautiful and comprehensive library where you can get so much information as well as the availability of hands on staff ready to assist you where necessary. Another excellent thing about the University of Aberdeen is the support that is readily available for a variety of issues; there is always someone who can help you out with whatever issue and what is most important is that you voice it out. The citizens of Aberdeen are friendly and welcoming so this also makes it easier to settle with a new community especially if you are coming from a totally different environment. For a post graduate taught programme it is quite intensive but also spaced out in a way that you don’t feel overwhelmed. There are other social groups and events that are available for a student so that you don’t only gain academically but also gain experience in other areas of your career. One area I would like an improvement is to make buses more subsidised for students especially when commuting to school.

I just recently started the course, therefore I can’t give the most accurate advice however from what I have garnered so far, the course content is rich and encompassing. The blended sessions also adds variety to how one intimated oneself with the courses. There is room for group work enabling students to work together and get to know themselves. This improves learning, inclusion, collaboration and understanding.
