First year was hard being in a flat of 10 so living with 9 people I had never met before but believe it helped me learning to live with others even if we didn't all get along.

The course staff really get to know you and are supportive in academic and personal wellbeing. The course is very hands on and I really enjoy all the practicals we get to do on the course.

What do you think about the safety, condition, location and cost of your accommodation?
The flats are very large with 10 people. Living with 9 strangers is difficult with lots of different personalities that dont always get along. The security team were great though as they did not get upset if you called at any time of the day or night. The location is perfect because you are like a 2 minute walk from all the buildings on main campus (which is all bar two buildings total). The ensuite bathroom was a good size along with the bedroom. I was unfortunately in room 6 in my flat which meant that I had reduced cubboard space in the kitchen but otherwise it was good.
I feel halls are great for first year but moving to private accommodation for 2nd year with friends was a great choice for me.
