You will learn injury prevention strategies and rehabilitation skills to return individuals to full participation in sport, exercise and physical activity.The comprehensive Sports Therapy curriculum enables you to combine theory, hands-on experience, critical reflection, and professional judgement. You can immerse yourself in postgraduate study and excel in the latest techniques in Sports Therapy.With a focus on opportunity, employability and research, students will have the chance to build a 200 hour supervised placement portfolio, allowing students to meet the requirements of SST accreditation upon graduation. This MSc facilitates and supports learning though supervised hands-on placement within a student-led Sports Injury clinic, alongside opportunities at professional and amateur teams, clinics and in the community at sporting events both locally and across the country.
