There are many challenging and rewarding job opportunities in this fast-moving industry, whether you are looking to launch a career or enhance your prospects if you are already employed. This foundation degree, the only one of its kind in south Wales, prepares you for a management role through acquired knowledge and relevant experience. Students will have the opportunity to work with recognised retailers to gain hands on experience in the workplace, therefore developing transferable skills to greatly enhance employability.This course includes a range of business and retail specific modules to develop your knowledge and understanding of this dynamic industry. You will explore how the world of retail operates, learn about customer relationships and gain an understanding of purchasing and supply chain management.
