Recognised by the Solicitors Regulation Authority, it meets the authority's training requirements and covers a range of legal subjects prescribed by the professional body. As part of this course, you’ll: Focus on realistic case studies and take part in workshops that explore the challenges of professional practice Be taught by a team of academic staff who are qualified lawyers with wide-ranging professional experience that will feed into your learning Be supported by staff through a variety of option modules as you start to explore areas of interest Learning to suit you Designed to be as flexible as possible, this course is offered via online distance learning. You’ll be able to access our live LPC workshops anywhere in the world using Microsoft Teams. Leeds Law School uses an online assessment tool which will enable you to take exams off campus. The online assessment tool uses lockdown browsers designed to increase the security of digital exams. You can install this on both Windows and Apple devices. Please note, the online assessment tool does not work on Chrome Books or tablets.
Applicants should either have at least a second class honours Qualifying Law Degree or a Graduate Diploma in Law. Applicants are required to provide a letter from their awarding institution to confirm they hold a qualifying Law degree.
