Since the very beginning, all tutors or staff i have met have been very friendly and helpful. There are loads of resource's to help. My only negative would be some of the toilets aren't as updated as they could be however this is a very small comment as most are in great condition.

The student cafe is very expensive. £5+ for a jacket potato with salad and cheese, and £7 + for the daily meal offer. The toilets in the main block are in need of updating. There are only toilets on the ground floor in K block, and no drinking water facilities are available. At lunch time, it is difficult to find a table to eat at. We are a large cohort of over 30, and the university struggles to accommodate our class size. At times, it is impossible to find parking, and I have been late to class as a result. The teaching is exceptional, and I feel very included. I have additional learning needs, and the support I have received has been outstanding. I feel very supported as a first-generation university student, and the facilities in the simulation centre are up to date and very useful.

Wrexham University is a great place to study, it is a welcoming institution. Lecturers are very approachable, good facilities especially as I travel to attend on a weekly basis. Thoroughly enjoying my time at Wrexham University.

Staff are friendly and support is easily accessible. Shame that some facilities close earlier like the library cafe and Starbucks. Easy enough to book study space and student union holds different events which looks interesting. Shame that glyns isn't open later or something evenings

The best would be the location of the uni it’s really close to everything in the town and the train station. One of the worst aspects would be the lack of support from the accommodation team

Smaller cohorts allow for better learning. Has a great focus on the Welsh language which is really important. It could be improved by investing into better facilities on campus, which is slowly happening, however I've been studying here for 4 years now and only minor improvements have been made. The new study spaces are excellent and the cafeteria is improving. Wi-Fi does not reach everywhere in certain blocks on campus and many floors and classrooms are seriously out-dated. Student support and student voice are amazing, you do feel like you are being heard when problems are reported.
