The school it's self it okay but it's kinda easy to get lost at times especially if it's another building other than the hub building. And it's hard to make friends, I feel like I was expecting an easier environment to make friends.

I am a mature student who had a dream of attending university, but when I was younger, the family couldn’t afford it and I didn’t know what I wanted to study but wanted to ensure that it was something that I could use and embrace going forward. London Southbank has fulfilled my dream in every capacity. It has been a truly blessed journey for me and I am so glad that I am at a university in London. The support is excellent. The reason the student union got a loan because I think it’s still finding its The student union needs to do events that would encourage the mature students more interactively more regularly promote the student union groups but also provide information about how someone can set up the let’s say for instance and occupational therapy community and what is the process that would be so useful

The lecturers are lovely and knowledgable in the field. More hands on practical work to replicate real life acute and community work would help. More anatomy (i.e. another module in year 3 maybe more specific around stroke and hemiplegia - common populations for OT's to workin). Toilets that FLUSH.

It has nothing to do with my studying however, the facilities such as toilets are constantly blocked, dirty or do not flush. The same goes with the taps, not always working. The drinking fountains are also temperamental. Organisation of placement has been fine for me but some of my fellow students were not placed and are now forced to do theirs in the Summer, which I think is unacceptable to not be able to find a placement for someone.

To be honest the whole experience is just fun a new think of it like starting secondary school or college meeting new people and finding your calling I have already met four amazing girls who I believe I'm gonna be stuck with for a long time and I'm happy for it
