What will you learn?You'll be involved in the practical application of mental health nursing skills. Fifty percent of your study time involves hands-on placement experiences, developing expertise in severe and enduring mental health conditions. With a focus on assessment, treatment, care planning, and support, you'll gain a holistic approach. Our course focuses on real-world scenarios, preparing you for leadership and management roles. As a mental health nurse, you'll work collaboratively in multi-disciplinary teams, addressing behavioural, emotional, and cognitive responses.
