Offering a balance of broad-based study and specialist training, this MMus Music master’s course is designed to meet your needs as you deepen your skills as a collaborative pianist and enhance your development as an all-round musician across practice and theory.
You will come away well-versed and well-practised in the practical and academic study of collaborative piano music, performance, and techniques. You will be verbally and technically fluent, fully conversant with a broad range of issues of concern in your field, and able to present your ideas at the piano and across other media.
This degree is also available via the Continuing Professional Development (CPD) mode of study where students with ongoing professional careers take modules over a four or five-year period.
Please note that the ‘Collaborative Piano’ pathway title is for study purposes only and won’t be reflected in your degree title upon graduating. You will graduate with MMus Music.
