Mechanical engineers are innovators at the cutting edge of technology, designing machines, structures and devices for every application and in every shape and size. Our Mechanical Engineering masters course gives you the academic knowledge and training you need to become a Chartered Engineer as well as the opportunity to develop your team working and communication skills. The course is regularly reviewed to ensure it remains up-to-date with current industrial practices and, in addition to the core modules, enables you to develop a specialism in either computational modelling, sustainable engineering or engineering design.
You will need to have obtained a first or second-class Honours Degree from a UK academic organisation or an equivalent overseas degree recognised by Aston University in engineering, physical science, mathematics or a related subject or overseas equivalent
We recognise the value of extensive professional experience. If you do not have the academic qualifications but have extensive and relevant professional experience and a proven ability to succeed, we would welcome your application.
