Our BSc Mathematics with French programme combines a rigorous education in mathematical theory and practice, developing expertise across pure and applied mathematics, statistics, and computational mathematics with the opportunity to master a modern language taught by discipline experts. Students also have the opportunity (at level 3) to study mathematics at our French partner institution, the University in Pau. On this programme you will learn mathematics while also becoming fluent in a European language and absorbing the French culture on the year abroad. A degree in Mathematics with a European Language is a highly marketable qualification and can open the door to a wide range of global opportunities.
We have carefully designed a curriculum that teaches a comprehensive programme in modern mathematics. Our programmes also includes courses that emphasize practical and transferable skills, IT expertise, and career readiness.
