The course is designed for both construction professionals and lawyers. Construction professionals will learn about the legal framework to the construction industry and engage on the legal processes involved in major construction projects, from commissioning to completion.Lawyers will gain a greater understanding of the processes and management of construction projects, as well as in-depth legal expertise relating to such projects.Construction Law offers both an in-person and online version, with both versions offering the same content. Online students benefit from a range of pre-recorded material. All students have access to a wide range of electronic information sources.
