This course is ideal if you are working in a clinical research environment, but don’t hold a healthcare qualification, or as preparation for clinical academic doctoral fellowship applications.

Assessment methods (Outcome qualification level): At Southampton, assessments are designed to equip you with the skills you need for success in your career.
On this course, you'll be assessed through critical appraisal of literature, presentations, project reports, empirical research tasks, and your research proposal and project.
UK 2.2 Hons degree or above or an equivalent standard in other qualifications approved by the University in a subject such as: nursing; medicine; biological sciences; psychology; sociology; midwifery; dentistry; physiotherapy, podiatry, occupational therapy. English language: band C, IELTS 6.5 overall with a minimum of 6.0 in all components
