It's great to learn at DMU along with lots of opportunities and diversity. My true grooming personally and professionally has been started here in gradual and subtle way. I love it being here!

Worst aspect is that it is difficult to make friends, settling in a new country is not easy and it so difficult to find jobs, Dmu provides a lot of helpful sources, including the mental health support

Best experience is with library services and supervisor Worst experience so far is University entrance, it should be gated and a control for outsiders other than students.

What makes DMU a great place to study Psychology? DMU offers a supportive and inclusive learning environment, with approachable lecturers who are willing to help students succeed. The Psychology course covers a wide range of topics, giving a strong foundation in key areas of the discipline. Online resources, recorded lectures, and library access support flexible learning, while the diverse student community enriches discussions and perspectives. How could it be improved? Clearer assessment guidance and more consistent feedback would help students better understand expectations. More opportunities to apply theory to real-world settings, such as practical workshops or case studies, would enhance learning. Increased career guidance and placement opportunities would also better prepare students for life after graduation.

Im a disabled student and this uni has gone above and beyond to support me. The resources available are excellent and there are always more, extra opportunities for support such as library classes and one to one sessions bookable with subject specialists. The tutors also actively encourage participation in society activities which helps with building a network and making friends with fellow students. There is a real sense of community and purpose within DMU and this is further enhanced by the mentoring program, Inside Edge, which focuses on personal growth and development as well as excellent national and international networking opportunities for future employment. The university also have a wonderful travel scheme DMU Global which enables students from all walks of life to experience the world via travel with other students and support from tutors. The only thing I could suggest is improved is more shouting about everything that is offered at DMU as there really is so much support
