Amazing Student Union with events taking place almost every week. Always able to get support in the City Campus library, from generic advice to IT support.

The location of my school is fantastic, gives you a feel of the city. Also my school is fast and good in communicating with their students. Feedbacks on enquiries are usually fast. The have the welfare of the students at heart and they listen. Good student union Will love it this culture is inclusiveness and diversity continues.

The worst aspect of my university experience was when I had first moved to the UK. I didn't know anyone or anywhere in the city. It was so overwhelming and I just wanted to go home back to my family and stay there forever, but then I decided to give the school and city a chance to meet people from around the world, with different cultures, different religions etc. and make friends that could last a lifetime. I am more than proud to say I am a student of Northumbria. The school experience started of horribly and sad and just too much...I remember when I used to cry every night to go back home to my friends and siblings because I felt like I didn't belong here, everything was so different from home an I just had to adapt and I wasn't ready for that but, right now..it's a blast and I'm so happy here. Its honestly not as hard as i thought, balancing my school work with my leisure fun time. its the best experience ever and I honestly wouldn't change a thing. The people here are so amazing, kind, funny, loving, caring and so sweet. I love the school and the experience so far and would honestly recommend it for everyone else.

As an international student coming to Uk for masters was a very big decision of my life and Northumbria University and the student union has helped me a lot in getting familiar with this place and new environment. There are a lot of co-curriculum activities to choose from and various events which take place for the students to adapt to this place. Overall it’s been a great experience for me to join this university.

It's a brilliant university with a lot to offer. I think the support from the university is fantastic. Northumbria is right in the middle of where you need to be for everything whether that be shopping, nightlife, sports etc.
