Explore the physical processes that govern the natural environment at a university that’s internationally recognised for our expertise in global warming. Climate change, sustainability and geohazards – they’re some of the biggest challenges of our time and you’ll work with our expert team of academics and researchers to learn about the complex natural and human processes affecting the planet.You’ll study a mix of physical and human geography on this Royal Geographical Society-accredited degree – with the option to specialise as you progress – and put theory into practice far beyond the classroom on field work and residential trips to locations like Almeria, Tenerife and Iceland.This course also includes the opportunity to embed your knowledge in a year-long industry placement, offering further hands-on experience and professional connections that set you apart in the job market.
