This course will help you to ease back into education and provide you with support throughout. Upon successful completion of this course you will be able to progress onto a University of Derby undergraduate degree without needing any previous qualifications and you are guaranteed a place on any of our joint honours degrees and some of our single honours degrees.As well as improving your language and numeracy skills you’ll develop your confidence in writing essays and reports, undertaking research, delivering presentations, managing your time and working as part of a team. You’ll be taught in classes where you will actively engage with other students and lecturers in both groups and discussions.
