Very easy to approach literally anyone - from staff to academics, everyone is always happy to help ! On the other hand, it is a huge institution so sometimes it is challenging to orient yourself who you should approach for help.

Student union and student life at queens is great. The only downside would maybe be the structure of the classes and how little classes i have in my course

An unreal place to study, especially as someone from NI. Belfast is an amazing city and this is heavily due to the student life and the university. The students of queens seem to be a focus on the city and its modern metropolitan feel. Nothing to improve.

My university experience at Queen’s has been incredible and since I am now in my final year, the thought of it soon ending makes me incredibly sad. The Queen’s Mountaineering Club and Queen’s Musical Theatre Society have moulded my university experience and I am so grateful for the opportunity to make friends and spend my evenings doing the things I love, alongside my studies. I was fortunate enough to have an English lecture in the Lanyon building last semester, and every time I walked to class I was filled with pride and admiration for my uni. The Queen’s student union encompasses what it means to be a Queen’s student. In their staff, facilities and committee. It is an exciting and encouraging environment. It has facilitated many of my social events, performances, rehearsals and committee meetings. They also support my dietary requirements in their shop and restaurants. Queen’s, and their Student’s Union, are the best <3

The staff at the Queen’s University Students’ Union are endlessly polite and helpful. I had to return twice to get help with a document and the staff member that helped me (both times) aswell as those I talked to before when looking where to find the location of the staff member were extremely polite and helpful.
