The BA (Hons) Dance for Commercial Performance at University Centre Weston (UCW) will provide you with the practical skills needed to be a versatile performer across all genres, as well as preparing you for the possibility of postgraduate study. With training from experiences teachers and industry professionals, we'll prepare you for a future career in the dance industry. This course has high contact hours, in-line with industry expectations, and is predominantly practical, with daily technique classes. You'll also gain an understanding of relevant theoretical underpinnings, relating to topics such as stylistic development, choreographic practise and dance anatomy and nutrition. This course considered training with a holistic approach to dancers.
