You'll learn systems thinking and design by undertaking projects where you design and build immersive digital experiences. These experiences go beyond traditional digital screens to include fabrication, textiles, and 3D printing. You'll engage with key historical, theoretical, and aesthetic contexts for contemporary creative technology production, ensuring your practice is both innovative and informed. You will develop highly sought-after skills including computational, cognitive, and practical abilities in design and programming. Key features of this course At Southampton you'll: Develop technical skills across different areas, with options to focus on programming skills, user experience design, physical fabrication, art and design practice, or project management.
