The location of the campus makes everyday life really easy as it is near alot of places to study such as the library or student union. But the traffic on the way there is the most challenging part

Lecturers are great, lots of opportunities to learn and be part of the student body, the learning system gives you the opportunity to apply the knowledge on practical settings

I was impressed by the vibrant and inclusive community. The campus is very modern ect The faculty members are incredibly supportive and dedicated to helping students succeed. The curriculum is challenging yet rewarding, with a great mix of practical and theoretical knowledge.

My time at Trent has been absolutely incredible and an experience I will never forget. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed into an amazing and supportive community that has shaped my academic and personal growth. One of the highlights of my university experience has been joining the Burlesque Society, where I found a group of like-minded, supportive and empowering individuals who made my time at NTU even more special. The society allowed me to meet new people and feel so accepted and empowered. Performing in some of the shows gave me a new found sense of self confidence and purpose. I’ve made so many friends throughout the years, from my course, societies, and student life in general, meaning I’ve lifelong memories and friends along the way. Varsity has been a major part of my NTU experience, and attending the ice hockey varsity match was a definite standout. The rivalry with the University of Nottingham brings such an exciting atmosphere, and the pride of being from Trent is unmatched. It’s even better because we bleed pink and never lose!! My first year accommodation played a huge role in my enjoyment. My first-year accommodation was fantastic, and moving in with the strangers who became best friends that I moved in with in my second and third years made the experience even better. Having a strong support system both academically and socially has been incredible. Overall, NTU has provided me with an incredible university experience—one filled with unforgettable friendships, academic growth, and personal development. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to study, and I’ll always carry a deep sense of pride in being an NTU student.
