UWE has such an amazing and welcoming atmosphere. The campus feels open and alive. My peers are so fun to meet and hang out with. My only negative experience here was with a poorly approved flatmate. UWE is amazing in many ways, but the lack of awareness when it comes to drug-related issues among students could be better. After witnessing a flatmate cause damage to the university property as well as verbal and physical abuse to others in an unsober state, the university accommodation services did an unsatisfactory job at ensuring consequences were met for this individual. But other than that, big ups UWE.

UWE Bristol is a great place to study because the lecturers are friendly and supportive, and the facilities are good. The overall environment is welcoming, which makes it easier to settle in as a student. One area for improvement would be the canteen. It would be better to have more variety, especially more Asian food options, as the current choices are mostly British.

One of the best parts of my university experience has been the supportive learning environment. The teachers are friendly, easy to approach, and genuinely willing to help, both with coursework and on a personal level. Classes are interesting and interactive, and I always feel comfortable asking questions and getting involved. The campus has a welcoming atmosphere, which makes it a nice place to study and grow.

UWE Bristol is a great place to study as it combines supportive teaching, practical learning, and a strong sense of community. The lecturers bring real industry experience, making classes feel relevant and engaging, while the campus facilities, from studios and workshops to quiet study areas, creates a professional environment that helps students grow. The university also prioritises inclusivity and wellbeing, making it easy to feel supported. Being in Bristol adds even more value, offering a creative, diverse city full of culture, opportunities, and inspiration. However, there are areas where UWE could improve. Study spaces can become crowded during peak periods, so more 24/7 or flexible work areas would help. Communication across departments could be more consistent to avoid confusion with deadlines or expectations. Career support, while good, could be expanded through more internships and networking opportunities. Finally, improving transport links and easing campus congestion would make commuting smoother for students.

It can be improved by making the student accommodation more move in ready for example most ground floor flats not having blinds but, the accommodation is really good at fixing issues in accommodation once they are notified of issues. The location if on Frenchay is good due to be close to shops and having easy access to busses.
