This university is brilliant. I am a fresher and already feel like it has so much to offer me. It is so friendly and allows you to settle in so quickly. there are always people around if you are stuck etc.

There is a real community feel in all of the campuses- yes there's plenty of studying, but lecturers focus on knowing you as an individual. Everything is so student focused, loads of ways to get involved with new activities, starting a new hobby and meet someone new everyday! I genuinely am so proud to be a student at such an aspiring and friendly university. After visiting the university on open day, it went from my last choice to my first instantly- it's worth the visit to experience it yourself.

everything i could ever need on the same campus as i stayed- shop,bar,club,book shop, cafe and library. the libraries tend to have a wider range of books available for those courses run on the same campus.

they've been brilliant with myself and friends- helped my friend with anxiety and are extremely professional whilst being sympathetic to the reason you visit

its so easy to have a say - they do so much too. Events are organised weekly and you don't have to be a drinker or a sporty person to join the societies or 'community'

Nights out are cheap / free with offers on daily. The buses go past many of the clubs so you dont have to wobble far after a good night out!

There are so many societies to try, all of which are free to experience during freshers week. great to meet new people with the same interests. being on the cliftonn campus, i was able to enjoy the atmosphere of weekly sports games which you can go along to with a group of friends and watch- clifton is also the place to be for varsity.

Courses are varied and use the most up to date technology- if you miss a lecture or important facts, they are uploaded to an online workspace which is easy to access. Lecturers are patient if you dont understand something and keep teachings engaging.

Many courses are focused around placements, it is easy to keep in contact with them, volunteer during your course after your placement and build a rapport with employees.

I stayed in new hall at clifton campus. I loved how modern and spacious it was. the added bonus is the security and support available 24//7 if you ever feel unsafe or have a problem in the room.
