The uni has a lovely campus, and the staff are really nice and helpful. They provide a lot of support for students, but sometimes they don't communicate clear enough where and how to access this support. The services are good, specifically one search and the library services, with the use of writing mentors and subject specific librarians who can help with assignments. The communication and the planning is not the best sometimes. We often have long hour gaps in between lectures, which can make you become disengaged or bored when you go into your next lecture. There is also a lack of communication between the uni and the mentors on placement, meaning mentors and students are unsure about things due to the lack of communication.

The subject days really make the course worth it. They are always interesting and relevant, and they are structured well. The IPD days are sometimes not the best and often feel like a waste of time. The guest speakers have been a bit boring and a lot of stuff is repeated. Half the time it could have been done in an email or online instead of on campus.
