The lecturers are very helpful. The timetable works well, you still have social time. The campus always looks pristine, clean, tidy, and the gardens are well kept.

Need more check ins from the tutors but you can always contact them if an issue arises.

Birmingham City University is a great place to study at due to the all the staff being so knowledgeable and friendly. They are keen to help out wherever needed and they do try their best to connect with us as students. They take their time to remember us and even our names as well. They do let us know about the resources made available to us as well. The only negative aspect for me was getting my disbursements so late and the process was a hassle.

My personal tutor was extremely helpful. She was very fast in addressing any concerns I had and resolving them as well. I wish that some course material didn’t feel as recycled at times because there were moments where we went over the same area, but it was to increase understanding.
