Student support is excellent. I feel well supported to complete my course and the lecturers went out of their way to to introduce me to additional support options that are available to me as a student such as academic writing support. the facilities are ok I guess, nothing special, all the lecture rooms are extremely cold, most of the students on my course are sitting in their coats and jackets all day. the food options are basic and limited, but we are not there to eat, so it is ok. toilets are mostly dirty, often with no hand soap.

the in-class learning is very good and engaging. my tutor is contactable online and answers emails promptly. So far, I am happy with all the tutors. one of my lectures went an extra mile and contacted student hub on my behalf when I could not resolve an issue with them. The beginning of the course was very confusing and overwhelming, but it gets better each week as i am becoming more familiar with the assignments and teaching styles.
