There is lot of support for learning and adjustment to university life. But outside of learning the adminstration side of things is not proactive. Information is not forthcoming if you request it and it takes forever to come or sometimes there are no responses at all .

It was fine and there was good intearctions through both online and physical learning. The use of visiting lecturers was also good as they could share actaul experience of the work involved.

University is friendly , teachers are helpful
