Best: The people are friendly and helpful, so I always have a resource to call apon. The emails of people to contact are easy to find so very helpful. Worst: The bathroom facilities can be disappointing. Many places have a lack of gender neutral bathrooms and disabled toilets are inside gendered toilets, leading to difficulty of access, and difficulty if someone of the opposite gender would normally help. It is generally LGBT+ accepting but again the uncommon nature of gender neutral bathrooms is disappointing.
