Uclan is a fantastic university that not only offers a challenging environment for your academic studies, but offers a range of side activities both on and off campus. Uclan life is definitely an experience that delivers in every way possible.

The university is inclusive for all and caters for all ages of students. They support students with disabilities and have a great understanding of how to support students through their health and wellbeing team, the student union members are also supportive and assist with any challenges that arise. The overall experience of university life for me has been one of the best experiences I’ve had especially being a mature student. It’s opened up the doors to learn and gain knowledge and experience and provide me with the opportunity to progress in my career.

Although there is a mix of online and in person learning, it’s not an issue for me, as it helps with work and life / learning balance. Having an asynchronous schedule is also helpful and helps me with my own way of thinking and studying. The lecturers are always very helpful.
