My overall university experience has remarkable. I found the delivery of class lectures by tutors very engaging and very interesting. Even though I only had online classes but I am quite satisfied with the teaching method of the university. Hopefully in the near future then the government allowed, I am looking forward to a attend face to face classes on the university campus.

The university offers a lot of facilities starting from individualised library assistance to carrier and employability. All of them are very helpful and the staffs are very friendly.

The university offers individualized support for any students who need help. Any student can access support very easily though the dedicated portal of the university. Tutors and staff work together diligently to keep students motivated during these challenging times.

Chester offers a vibrant environment with students from all over the world. Compared to the major cities of England, Chester is not that big. This means that all amenities are very close, within walking distance. So we can easily cut done on the transport expenses. There are also a lot of restaurants and pubs some of which are based on historical buildings.

During this pandemic, all classes are being held online. Even so, class tutors are very helpful and encourage learning in this new environment. I think they have to put in more effort to deliver lectures online than face to face classes. During these challenging times, students need more support than ever before, and I think the university acknowledges this by conducting a lot of additional support session for students. Starting from digital citizenship to network building. Overall I am very satisfied with my university experience as a student at level 7.

The university has a very strong carrier and employability department which is very active and interacts with the student body regularly.

I am living in private accommodation. My room is large enough for a student and fitted with all the essential elements for a proper learning environment. The shared spaces are very well maintained and outsiders from the accommodation are not allowed after the COVID outbreak. The WiFi network is top-notch and I can hardly remember any issues with the internet.

One of the best parts is the lecturers and the way they deliver the lessons. One of the worst parts is the acceptance and communication between classmates.

Lecturers are always available whenever in need with constructive feedback regarding course exams/assessments.
