The worst aspect is probably the town of Huddersfield being unfriendly and even scary. It is full of people who are intimidating and not pleasant at all. There is not much to be done in town, only to go to the cinema, a few coffee shops, a small mall, not many museums/galleries or anything student like

I’m not that familiar with the placements but something that can be improved is the security on campus

The only issue that I had as I lived there was how expensive it was but it was 3 minutes away from my university building. The security could have been better managed

I have to say, University of Huddersfield surpassed my expectations! I love the vibes here! Everyone I've met has been so friendly and welcoming. The town itself is incredibly pretty, and the calm vibe really helps me focus on my studies. Additionally, the GOLD title that the University of Huddersfield got was well-deserved. The university really care about their student’s personal growth, offering one-on-one tutoring sessions that were especially helpful for me as an international student adapting to a different study culture and overcoming assignment challenges. The campus events also deserve a shoutout! making me feel incredibly welcome. One of my favourites campus event is Global Week Campus Event, where everyone shares something cool from their home country, is a definite highlight. I can honestly say that the University of Huddersfield has become my second home. Overall, I can honestly say that the University of Huddersfield has become my second home now.

The lectures, all experienced industry professionals, brought real-world insights to the classroom, making lessons engaging and relevant. Their guidance and mentorship were invaluable in helping me develop a critical and strategic mindset for brand building. One of the highlights of the program is the Group Consulting Project where we worked with a local company o develop a comprehensive marketing & brand strategy. This experience provided an invaluable opportunity to apply the theoretical frameworks learned in class to a real-world scenario. It allowed me to hone my research, analytical, and communication skills, all of which are crucial for success in the field. Overall, the MSc. Marketing with Brand Management program at University of Huddersfield exceeded my expectations. It equipped me with a strong foundation in marketing theory, practical skills, and the confidence to pursue a career in brand management. I highly recommend this program to anyone looking to gain a comprehensive understanding of brand strategy and the ever-evolving marketing landscape.

The university campus it’s a peaceful space to study and relax, and it's conveniently located just a short walk from the city center. This proximity allows students to easily access everything they need, from shops and restaurants to entertainment and cultural attractions. Also, compared to other major UK cities, the cost of living in Huddersfield is considerably more affordable. So it allows me as a international student to stretch my budget further and focus on my academic pursuits. Other than that, it’s near leeds and manchester and other cities. So it’s really good to live in here. Overall, the location of the University of Huddersfield offers a unique combination of academic excellence, natural beauty, easy accessibility, and a welcoming student environment.

Living at iQ Castings in Huddersfield has been an amazing experience for me during my university journey. Because iQ Castings is just a short walk from the University of Huddersfield campus, making it incredibly convenient to get to lectures and classes on time. Also, the room is modern, comfortable and well-equipped living space. Other than that, in here there also a 24 hours gym and study room so it’s really amazing. Overall, living at iQ Castings has made my university experience much more enjoyable and convenient.
