I expected Education at the level of MSc but as Most students come from backgrounds other than food science, food science modules are very basic. I think instead of making modules easier for these students university could give weaker students extra modules to pass and get some more information about food science course. most modules are irrelevant to food science like project management and health and safety management. Very nice and supportive professors.

Best aspect is that it’s a very easy course for people who are changing their career. Worst aspect : It is not useful for actual food science graduates.
