The only negative thing I have to say about the university is that my friends from class all live on Manor Park campus so they walk together and chat however the location of my house on campus is super ideal. It’s a 15 min walk into town and 2 mins to the onsite night club which offers exciting themed club nights at a reasonable price. All the lecturers are lovely and aim to help in any way. The students union is amazing and clearly cares about the students wellbeing. They pour all their money into student activities. For example, every Tuesday and Thursday are quiz nights with many great prizes. The campus is beautiful with a stunning lake. I am so happy at Surrey uni

The lecturers are so lovely however there could be more contact hours for the money

The hall is a fairly reasonable price and is a perfect location, 15 mins walk into town town, 10 mins to station and 2 mins to Rubix the onsite night club. My flatmates are so lovely and upgrades are always being made to the accommodation . My room is fairly spacious

It’s great because the lecturers are always available if you need support or help with coursework for example. It’s also in a good location as it is very close to Guildford town centre. For me, it could be improved by the laundry costing less money as it is quite expensive.

There are lots of contact hours so you get a very interactive learning experience where you can ask for help. The lecturers are very approachable so you can come to them if you need support.

It is good value for money as I get an ensuite and the bedroom is a good size. It is also a short walk from the supermarket which is good when doing the food shop. The kitchen is also cleaned every week which is very helpful.
