lots of module choice (at least in my english degree) for students, especially in comparison with other russel group unis. the libraries are also really good and have pretty much all of the set texts needed for the course

contact with lecturers is typically pretty easy, and you have contact with professors several times a week because we have both workshops and seminars

cleaners come weekly to clean up bathrooms/ general areas of the halls so they're dealt with, the food is kind of gross but do have vegetarian options etc, keycards are needed to get into the buildings and keys to get into the rooms so pretty safe one of the most popular halls so pretty loud but that's to be expected, right in the centre of university so easy to get to everywhere, however the postal room is a bit of a trek

There's a large range of libraries and study spaces. There are ample places are laptops or computers.

All taught in-person which is good. Too much emphasis on the text book which can be quite boring. Good amount of contact hours and lecturers are always willing to help during office hours.

Good sized room, with nice bathroom. Some of the doors didn't close properly so anyone could walk into a block. The food was OK but I was fed meat/ fish twice and I'm a vegetarian.
