The biggest piece of advice would be to enjoy yourself but to work steadily and constantly. Don't let final year workload to take you by surprise. Take advantage of the facilities and the knowledge of your lecturers. Take advantage of Edinburgh, don';t forget there is life outside of the bubble you create yourself.

Overall, it's been great. I really enjoy my course it's contemporary and relevant, unlike some of the English courses at more prestigious universities. My tutors are nothing but passionate and supportive. The facilities are lacking, as is the union. However don't allow that to stop you coming here, you're always being pointed in the right direction.
