The tutors are great and eager to help. They realise that we have time constraints due to most of us having to work too. They answer our emails quickly. It is too crouded here though especially the library so much so I rarly study there. Clubs and societies fall flat as most students at Birbeck work as well. The same can be said for why the student union has little effect here.

This has been the best six years of my retirement. Mental exercise and fitness and inclusive for part-timers from various backgrounds. The enthusiasm of staff and students here is excellent. We need crowd control at the entrance and noise discipline in the library. The department staff are very responsive.
