I love the atmosphere - it's very laid back and calm/quiet, which is good for me, but there are still things to do. It offers all the required support/resources, and I love my course. An improvement could be more encouragement/opportunity for people to meet new people. (And a cheaper student union shop!)

I love the freedom I have within my course to take it in the direction I want to go, as well as the support I'm given to do this. The wide range of learning material is great, and I find the balance of in-person contact hours and independent study good. The majority of my lecturers are knowledgeable and approachable.

Despite being in a town on the edge of London, with easy access to transport into London and to other places, the university also has a countryside feel, with lots of greenery and access to nice outdoor spaces, which I prefer to city life.

Could be a bit nicer, but was the cheapest option and everything required is here, so I have no official complaints.

I find the location, community and campus feel very peaceful and relaxing, and the education provided is good quality and varied. There could be more support for students who struggle to fit in with the student body, e.g., more help and encouragement to join societies or opportunities to socialise with peers.

Teaching is high quality, content in interesting and varied, and contact time is well-balanced. There could be more instruction on how students could study independently, including more easily accessed sources online.

The accommodation has all the necessary facilities, and is in an ideal location for campus access. Safety and internet are good, but quality of some facilities is poor (e.g., plumbing and kitchen appliances). Maintenance could be better at responding to and fixing issues in the accommodation.
