If you are okay with living in a small seaside town then Falmouth is a fun place to live. It is really what you make it and you sort of have to go out looking for fun rather than it finding you as such. It is a lovely location and a good place to be unique and creative. Fashion design brings quite a lot of quirky and inspirational students so it is interesting to be surrounded by lots of different people. Make friends during fresher’s and I honestly think they are friends for life!

Best parts are that my course and lecturers are absolutely amazing & super enthusiastic about their subject. The gGlasney student halls is great, with the welfare team always around to sort out problems with the accommodation. The worst part is the public transport around the university, as the buses are very unreliable. Maybe the uni could have a better system for students to and from campus .

Amazing enthusiastic lecturers who love their subject and are very helpful ! Course is great, the brilliant facilities are free to use and available a lot of the time, this means people that like to work late into the evening or early in the morning are accommodated for.

The showers often don’t produce hot water and the heating has had to be fixed about 4 times. But I love the location and how quiet and peaceful it is. I have never felt unsafe.
