I have enjoyed my time at Falmouth more than I would have at any other university. The location, the courses, the community - everything! It's an incredible place to learn and grow as a young person and has allowed me to be creative in all that I do. The university itself has everything you need. The FXU (Student union) is fantastic and a great help to all students. Welfare are there to help any student and you aren't treated as "just a number" like you would be somewhere bigger and less personal. I'll be sad to leave Falmouth in the summer but nowhere else is quite like it.

All equipment needed is on all the computers. The Performance Centre is there for event managers to use with big studios perfect for events. It has everything.

One of the best things about this university is the student support.

The Stannary Bar is Cornwall's premier live music venue. Cheap drinks, good vibes and always a friendly place to watch gigs, movies, play pool, network and socialise.

A small town, but definitely unlike anywhere else in the country. Shame it's so far away from everything.

Spoilt for choice.

My course (Creative Events Management) is by far one of the best. The lecturers are great and are always there to help, give feedback and push you on. I get the chance to do more practical work which is really good as it gives me real life experience of running events. The course is played out well, and considering it's only 3 years old it's only got room to grow.

The university has so many strong links in the creative industries. They push you to go out and find out for yourself what it is like to break into industry whilst supporting you the whole way. With the university's new status as number one for arts, you can only see more strong links being formed. This is so so beneficial for the students.

Double en-suite rooms, plenty of choice in the town. You're spoilt for choice and the standard of halls is high.
