The uni itself is a very comforting environment in look and feel, it's looks simply promote the ideal study environment for first time uni goers and I assume post-grads from other unis would also be surprised by just how nurturing YSJ feels. Improvement wise I don't think anything comes to mind genuinely. One of the best things is the 24/7/365 Library.
