The city is the perfect size and everyone is so friendly, it’s like a campus on the edge of the city! As a dental student the facilities are a bit dated and there is a lot of admin to do yourself. The SU isn’t very popular but that might be because there is a whole city of other places right next door. Accom is nice but expensive.

Good hands on training, 2 years of theory then start practical work when you have some idea what’s going on! Lecture rooms etc are connected to the dental hospital so that’s really handy. Clinicians are all nice and helpful. Facilities could be updated & there is quite a lot of admin to do as a student

Great location uni is like 5 min walk to city centre! Full of students. Everyone lives in jesmond which is a really nice suburb and walking distance to uni! Always feel safe walking around

Nice new rooms with en suites, nice big kitchen with lots of fridge & cooking space. Split between boys and girls. Pretty fun but not THAT sociable between flats. Felt safe - key cards to get into building and to flat and rooms, people on patrol at night. Really good location especially to med/dental school. Pretty expensive but guess everyone is
