The support offered by the university is incredible, they have a lot on offer and a lot of added sessions during your course that can help you to think about the future. The location is good with a wide range of great facilities especially the learning spaces which I feel make the campus quite inclusive as not everyone wants to go to the library to study. The lecturing staff are always helpful and there is a wide range of study support available online and in person, as well as a lot of support for students mental health.

The majority of my course is taught face to face and contact with lecturers are quite high. There is normally always someone around when help is needed and the quality of teaching is very high. The lecturers are very knowledgeable in their subject and bring engaging content to lectures focused around their own research and interests. Lecture slides are typically available early where they can be. The only down side to the taught hours is a class from 4-6 is not the most ideal time to hold lectures for a class on a regular basis maybe once in a while but not week after week, but things like scheduling can’t be helped.

Generally there is a lot on offer for everyone’s interest, cinemas, theatre, restaurants, shopping centre, fast food. General downside may be food shops as they can be far out.

only issue was how expensive it was to live with strangers and have such little living space. but overall being close to uni was great and the 24/7 security was great
