The best aspect of my university experience so far is definitely the supportive nature of the staff here, especially by seminar tutors as they are within a closer proximity to you as a student. It is comforting to know that if you need help you can email without judgment and will receive specific information and support that is needed. The worst aspect of my uni experience for me would be managing finances as a student.

The course content has been very well explained in seminars and lectures and is easy to follow online as well. I also think the in depth explanation of how to use specific resources such as the law trove was very useful for me as a first year law student. The worst experience for me within this course is having to balance an additional two lectures online which i believe would be better explained in person in an additional lecture slot or something of the sort.

What i like the most about my uni hall, castle court, is its location as it is incredibly close to campus and my buildings for study. This makes going to classes a lot easier and it is less likely for me to lose motivation to attend since the journey time is practically 3 minutes or so. What i like the least about castle court would have to be the amount of individuals sitting outside the entrance in their rental cars blasting music at 4 am to impress their friends and/or girls as it is simply very annoying, but again this is not an issue of DMU itself.

I find it very helpful and intrusive. There’s a lot of opportunities and I’m happy I came here.
