Amazing teachers for most of the courses. But had a bad experience particularly one course bad things didn’t go well.

Before I came to Heriot Watt University, I was sort of confused and scared of what life would be like moving to a whole new environment and leaving friends and family. But I got here and with the help of the induction, I adapted so quickly, the people are hospitable and friendly and always willing to help. How it can be improved: Not sure if there are grocery stores on campus, I haven’t seen any yet but if there aren’t, I think it should be provided so that students don’t need to go so far to get groceries

Best aspect of my course at the moment is that the lecturers make learning interesting and they are very approachable, so I am not worried on meeting them if I need extra clarification of certain aspects. I think recorded sessions of all classes should always be put on canvas to help students that were not able to get to class

I love love love my room and the size. I love that the kitchen is always clean too I don’t like the fact that the heater is turned off at times
