University of Northampton is very organised, everything is planned so well. On first days I didn't feel lost at all. During enrolment, clear and informative signs were put in place showing where to go next. Many student ambassadors and staff were around to help and point visitors in the right direction. Easy access to timetable and learning resources. Also, I find laptop borrowing cabinets very helpful when having issues with laptop. University should inform students about all smaller and larger events that take place on the campus so they can be aware.

On a masters course- they just expect everyone to be comfortable introducing themselves, working in groups. Another issue is, if your facilities are already faulty, the uni won’t fix it but if you break something or accidentally damage it, the uni may fine you. Student support especially for people with disabilities are really helpful.

Can’t always access content or it’s late. Tutors don’t always get back or respod
