Great facilities here such as the library, I have never seen one like it before. There are loads of fun filled societies and clubs. Id say most definitely join as many as you can to help you meet people,

Fantastic! Exactly what I expect from a top-notch university and great quality of life support services for both students and faculty. My supervisors are really good and provide excellent guidance.

The classrooms are all fitted with modern equipment and the university makes a real effort to keep the facilities up to date.

The uni requires all tutors to take a 3-part training course prior to teaching. I always see students in the main hub speaking with spiritual counselors and more private counseling is offered through Student Support Services.

The Students' Union is very communicative and provides excellent services to students.

Loughborough is a large town with many types of shops and restaurants. It is possible to find anything you can find in a larger city, though perhaps at a smaller scale with more limited selection. The weekend market is a great place to get deals and everyone is always friendly.

Excellent as there are over 100. And it is easy to for a student to start their own club!

I like most that there is alot of research time for postgraduates to really investigate and develop a topic. The staff are all very supportive and responsive to student needs. My least favorite thing is the limit to the number of teaching hours I can undertake each week.

Careers Center offers sessions to review CVs, practice interview, and other guidance any time. The uni is also exploring providing more support for postgraduates wanting to do work placements. Our Doctoral College provides free professional development training ranging in topic from networking to project management.
