i like that if something is wrong with the flat it is usually dealt with quite quickly however there are some issues at the flats that most people i’ve spoken to have seen and experienced. overall, it is one of the best halls to live in

The best is the way its made me more confident in my art and made me embrace methods id previously rejected and made me consider more ways I can make a career in art than tattooing and allowed me to use resources id want to use after like risoprinting has become of particular interest. The worst is probably the vagueness of assignments sometimes and I tend to worry Im doing the wrong thing, but I have plenty of tutors I can talk to about this.

Beside from being legal loopholed to pay 1200 more in rent than new tenants and consistently passed from one company to another is very annoying and means I have to work more shifts to cover ten that other tenants aren't paying. The wifi consistently crashes however the location is convenient. Personally my shower is broken a lot and they don't usually replace with new stuff just stuff from other rooms that's been swapped too bt the staff are nice enough its just the higher ups who own he company gouging students for more money when they can't upkeep the building
