Unorganised timetables at the start of each term with poor communication from faculty. Some modules are a little bit chaotic, with the module leader not actually teaching on the course, so students receive mixed messages from different members of staff. Overall friendly and encouraging staff. The university campus feels very safe and secure. Very nice facilities

Not many contact hours and support within assignments varies from tutor to tutor. Some lecturers are bad at responding to emails. Taught 100% in person.

Maintenance came into the flat without warning, banging on our doors, using our toilets and just generally being rude. Certain members of the Sodexo team were extremely rude and power hungry and overall made walking through reception a nerve wracking experience as he often made snide remarks or stared at students coming and going. At times the wifi was extremely poor, meaning I would have to hot spot my laptop to my mobile data in order to work on assignments and access the internet. We went days at a time without water and on multiple occasions the electricity went out and staff didn't communicate these issues with us in a timely manner
